PURCHASING YOUR OWN FLIGHT?

Airport transfers are automatically included in full air packages only.  If you purchase land only package, you will be responsible for your own airport transfers to and from the hotel or you can add airport transfers to your package during booking. 

 

Coordinate your arrival time to arrival in Cartagena by 4pm EST on April 5.

  • Payment options: In Full or EQUAL monthly payments.

  • All deposits and payments are nonrefundable & nontransferable.  
​
  • Registration form completion is required at the time of booking.  If you don't have your passport, it is required for flight packages by January 1, 2023.

  • Final payment is due March 6, 2023.

  • Travel Insurance is STRONGLY recommended but not included.  Please click here to purchase.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • A passport is required and has to be valid for six months beyond travel dates and should not expire before October 12, 2023.

  • An itinerary will be provided within 14 days prior to travel if not before.

​

  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, NJAG4U reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. â€‹

  • A credit card will need to be used at hotel check in for incidentals.

​

  • Registration form completion including passport information is required.

  • The LAND ONLY PACKAGE includes accommodations, included meals, and activities listed ONLY.  You are required to make your own flight arrangements (unless purchasing flight package). Group flight schedule will be posted soon.

  • Arrival before 12pm may require early check in fees that are not included in the Land Only package. Please arrive no later than 4pm.

  • FULL OR MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED, NONTRANSFERABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE.
